How Does It All Work?
As seen in the above graph, there are three different ways that we can work together, to cover landlords’ varying attitudes.
Model No. 1 - Brokerage – we match your available plug-in-and-play space to the short-term requirements of customers looking for space. We source and negotiate new tenants for you and, on a success only basis, you pay us a fee.
Model No. 2 - Broking and FM Services - as in Model No. 1, we source the tenant for you. In addition, we manage your fit-out, furnishing and cabling requirements as well as taking responsibility for your on-going facilities management. In effect, we act as broker and managing agent for you.
Model No. 3 - IOM All Inclusive Leasing – we take a lease direct from you at market rate and then take full responsibility for the funding, procurement and on-going management of the facility. In effect, we become a tenant of yours and take over total responsibility and risk of the project.
